Easy Tortilla Pizza
Tortilla pizzas were a favorite with my kids when they were little, and I still make them to this day for a quick snack. We all love them, and they are so easy to make. You can put just about any toppings that you want on them, but for this one I used pepperoni.
Easy Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
- Flour tortillas (but I’ve used corn also)
- Jar of pizza sauce (I normally buy Ragu)
- Shredded mozzarella, sharp cheddar, Parmesan, whatever you prefer (I use all 3)
- Pepperoni, or any toppings you want (plain cheese is yummy also)
Directions
- Spread pizza sauce on tortillas
- Add cheese and toppings
- Bake (350 degrees) on a cookie sheet for 5-7 minutes (I prefer mine a little more well done, so I bake about 9 minutes)
So easy, and so DE-LISH! What kind of quick snacks do you make for your kids? Share your recipes in my comments, I’d LOVE to read them!

I just want to say that I love your recipe, keep it up, looking forward for your next recipe.
These pizzas are great for when you don’t want to order out. they could still get some room for improvement though.
I do really love pepperoni pizza..Pizza is one of my favorite food. I love Hawaiian pizza too. I wish I can make a pizza in my own, but I’m afraid to fail.
I made a delicious hot spinach artichoke dip and was wondering if I could top a tortilla or a flatbread with the dip and make it into a mini “pizza” for a snack. Anyone ever try this with success? How did you do it? My dip has cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo as the base, plus the spinach, artichokes, and water chestnuts.
This was surprisingly tasty. I placed the mixture on half of the tortilla shell, folded it and topped with a little more mozzarella. Ended up more like an interesting quesadilla pizza. A fun change, easy and quick to make.
This was a huge hit with the kids. I did use flour tortillas instead of corn ones though.
